Per person, per installment for a fixed term beginning on the selected start date and end date. Move-in date will generally be set to the 1^st or 15^th of the month, or the next business day if the 1^st or 15^th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15^th of a month. Includes furnishings, high-speed Internet, water, sewer, trash disposal, community amenities. Annual administrative fee ($800, or $200 with approved guarantor) and $30 application fee required. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.
